After completing his residency in Anesthesiology at Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Mortazavi completed a Pain Management and Palliative Care Fellowship. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse and is Board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. |

Kevin K. Hsu, M.D.completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at RWJMS- JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute serving as Chief Resident during his final year. He then completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the Florida Spine Institute. He received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and is a Board Certified Physiatrist. |
